Tracing its roots back to 1989, Berger CPA is an established, year-round open Accounting and Taxation firm. Throughout the years, the firm acquired, merged with, and spun off other CPA firms or accounting and tax services.

Samuel Berger (S C Berger), the principal, is a Certified Public Accountant with over thirty-six (36) years of accounting & tax, and over forty (40) years of business experience. Mr. Berger is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New York, New Jersey (Ret.) and Florida. S C Berger operates under the name of Berger CPA in New York and Smith Astor in Florida, and does not offer compilation, attestation, or audit services in either location.

We currently serve many businesses and individuals in almost all 50 states of the United States, the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania from our New York and Florida offices.
